  • 30 days from delivery date for non-custom items
  • Custom/personalized items are not returnable unless defective

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service at support@dutypride.com
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship item back using provided return label
  4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days after receipt

Refund Policy

  • Full refund for defective or incorrect items
  • Return shipping costs deducted for customer-initiated returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

PayPal Transactions

For PayPal payments:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account
  • If item is “Significantly Not as Described” or counterfeit, full refund required
  • For “Item Not Received” claims, we provide tracking proof and delivery confirmation
  • We maintain compliance with PayPal’s Seller Protection requirements

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • We respond to all PayPal disputes within 10 days
  • Documentation including tracking, delivery proof, and communication records are provided
  • For unauthorized transaction claims, we provide shipping and delivery evidence

Damaged/Defective Items
